  just a thought... i wonder if anyone has brought to their attention the recent jw.org video from lett (with very dubious timing) suggesting that any and all media reports about how the org handles abuse are lies from apostates, and how no one is more protective of abuse victims than the org ...seems to me that that video is very damning evidence of their attempt to silence victims from coming forward with complaints - further victimizing and traumatizing them.i hope they have seen that video - and i hope they bring it up.

  i am thoroughly enjoying watching the org squirm.

  This is on one of the upper floors of the Towers building in New York on the level where some of the GB had their apartments. They had nice balconies overlooking New York.

  however, it may be that they are trying to find jackson and see if he will come in to assist.

  it has been said on a wt friendly news site, that jackson has declined.

  i don't know what this means in terms of what the rc will decide to do.

  first off, i don't think that dude is going to show face.

  he's most likely on a plane already.

  if he shows it's bad pr and if he doesn't show it's bad pr.

  A couple of things about Jackson. Obviously I don't know him but I get the impression he's one of the more reasonable and pleasant GB members. I'd so much prefer it to be Lett or Morris on the stand. However, if I had to put money on a Ray Franz II it would be Jackson. If he takes the stand maybe the rest of the GB will throw him under the bus?

  I hope it goes some way towards protecting the children in my extended JW family who are still vulnerable because of JW policies and procedures. My own children are free, at a cost of course. Their bible studies may be "free" and their literature "without charge" but there's one hell of a fee to leave.
